Lay Min is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience in business and finance, particularly in internal audit, risk management, and corporate governance. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Accounting from Sheffield Hallam University, and is a member of both the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (“ACCA”) and the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (“MIA”).
Prior to her current role as Executive Director of Insight Management Consulting Sdn Bhd, she was the Director of the Internal Audit, Risk and Compliance Services practice at KPMG Management & Risk Consulting Sdn Bhd, where she managed engagements across a wide range of industries. Earlier in her career, she also held a finance leadership role in a Singapore-listed electronics manufacturing company, overseeing regional finance operations and supporting strategic decision-making.
In her capacity as an Independent Non-Executive Director, she currently serves on the boards of several public listed companies of Bursa Malaysia.

Hui Chian has over 12 years of expertise in internal audit, risk management, corporate governance and corporate advisory services. She is an Associate Member of The Institute of Internal Auditors Malaysia and a HRD Corp Accredited Trainer.
Previously, Hui Chian hold a managerial position in the Governance, Risk, and Compliance Services practice at KPMG Management & Risk Consulting Sdn. Bhd. She has extensive cross-regional experience, which collaborated with global advisory team across the United Kingdom, Singapore, the Philippines, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Germany, Taiwan, and China.
She led internal audit and advisory engagements across a diverse range of industries, such as manufacturing, healthcare, gaming, retail, plantation, property development, and construction for publicly listed companies, multinational corporations as well as working with government-linked entities.
In the ESG & sustainability domain, she assisted clients in conducting comprehensive ESG materiality assessments, facilitated the enhancement and alignment of Common Sustainability Matters disclosures with Bursa Malaysia’s Sustainability Reporting Framework as well as developed ESG policies, frameworks, and performance indicators to support actionable sustainability initiatives and strategic decision making.
